About the role
We are seeking a Quality Engineer to support and enhance our quality assurance processes within a regulated manufacturing or laboratory environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in at least one of the following areas: Calibration, Deviation Management, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), Change Control, or Good Documentation/Manufacturing Practices (GDP/GMP).
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
- Conduct investigations and root cause analyses for deviations, CAPAs, or non-conformance issues.
- Support calibration programs, ensuring equipment meets regulatory and operational standards.
- Manage change control processes, evaluating the impact of modifications on quality systems and operations.
- Ensure adherence to GDP/GMP guidelines, including proper documentation practices and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform internal audits, assisting with regulatory and customer inspections as needed.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials related to quality processes.
- Monitor key quality metrics and report findings to leadership for decision-making.
