Job Description

  • Be a leader, advisor, and influencer for Dynatrace’s Quote to Cash cycle.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships to surface and shape demand, and support high-velocity delivery of value
  • Define and enforce Business Systems processes
  • Project Management for small to medium sized initiatives from Requirements to hyper care Support for post go-live projects
  • Drive execution against roadmaps in close partnership with business operations teams by helping them translate requests into Jira stories
  • Ensuring that requirements, use cases and acceptance criteria are prioritized, clearly defined in Jira stories and dependencies at the application and integration level are identified, so that they may be prioritized appropriately as part of sprint planning
  • Develop deep domain knowledge of Dynatrace’s Quote to Cash functions and drive business value through the use of technology
  • Lead Operational improvement meetings with the business and delivery teams to drive efficient alignment
  • Partner closely with technology delivery, business intelligence and other workstreams to assess intake, plan demand, execute delivery of initiatives, and ensure the realization of value
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to ensure end to end business processes are aligned, modern and efficient (ensure operational teams are not working in silos)
  • Identify and drive the removal of roadblocks with urgency
  • Support enablement and change management activities led by business operations teams
  • Champion a culture of shared ownership, constant transformation, and urgency

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5+ years end to end experience with large-scale SaaS implementation projects utilizing industry standard development and service delivery methodologies.
  • 5+ years’ experience utilizing Software Development methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall as well as managed services support structure and best practices.
  • HS Diploma or GED required

Preferred Requirements: 

  • Knowledge of core applications: Salesforce and CPQ, Netsuite, Jira, Miro, Monday.com
  • Quick learner with ability to figure things out with minimal supervision and adjust to changing priorities on the fly
  • Project Management Skills. PMP/CSM/PMI-ACP or equivalent certification preferred
  • Program Management experience of Salesforce, SaaS applications, integrations and related reporting
  • Ability to identify project risks by defining risk strategies and developing the risk management plan.
  • Proven track record working in a fast-paced and agile team, focused on strong execution
  • Leadership presence and excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex issues in a concise easy to follow manner essential
  • Ability to listen, build rapport, and develop credibility as a strategic partner
  • Exude energy, focus, assertiveness, and diplomacy
  • Relationship building and team collaboration
  • Ability to break down silos
  • Be able to shift opinions using influence over positional power
  • BS/BA in an IT-related discipline, Business Management
  • Ability to travel as needed

Additional Information

DOE, salary $110K - $130K, plus Health, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, 401K, PTO. Total compensation may vary depending on candidate experience/education and location.
