We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Plastics Supervisor to lead Plastics operations. In this key role, you’ll oversee the performance of our Plastics division — driving excellence in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and culture. What You’ll Do
- Lead and inspire your team to meet or exceed all production metrics — including safety, quality, delivery, cost, and 5S-plus standards.
- Review daily production schedules, plan work assignments, and ensure optimal use of people and resources.
- Supervise and coach team members, promoting a culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability.
- Identify and address potential issues that impact key performance indicators (KPIs), and develop recovery plans when needed.
- Communicate effectively with the Production Manager and Site Manager to ensure smooth operations and timely updates.
- Complete and submit reports related to safety, incidents, and corrective actions.
- Provide hands-on training for new hires, ensuring understanding of safety and quality expectations.
- Oversee workflow accuracy within the ERP system to maintain strong production and inventory control.
- Be available for overtime as required to meet production goals.

Qualifications
What You Bring
Education & Experience
- Previous supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing setting — experience in injection molding and extrusion preferred.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems and inventory control processes.
Skills & Abilities
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide others toward shared goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across shifts, departments, and facilities.
- Strong planning and organizational abilities — you think ahead and execute with precision.
- Analytical mindset with solid mechanical aptitude; able to troubleshoot and implement effective solutions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to read a tape measure and understand tolerances.
