We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Plastics Supervisor to lead Plastics operations. In this key role, you’ll oversee the performance of our Plastics division — driving excellence in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and culture. What You’ll Do

• Lead and inspire your team to meet or exceed all production metrics — including safety, quality, delivery, cost, and 5S-plus standards.
• Review daily production schedules, plan work assignments, and ensure optimal use of people and resources.
• Supervise and coach team members, promoting a culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability.
• Identify and address potential issues that impact key performance indicators (KPIs), and develop recovery plans when needed.
• Communicate effectively with the Production Manager and Site Manager to ensure smooth operations and timely updates.
• Complete and submit reports related to safety, incidents, and corrective actions.
• Provide hands-on training for new hires, ensuring understanding of safety and quality expectations.
• Oversee workflow accuracy within the ERP system to maintain strong production and inventory control.
• Be available for overtime as required to meet production goals.

What You Bring

Education & Experience

• Previous supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing setting — experience in injection molding and extrusion preferred.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems and inventory control processes.

Skills & Abilities

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide others toward shared goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across shifts, departments, and facilities.
• Strong planning and organizational abilities — you think ahead and execute with precision.
• Analytical mindset with solid mechanical aptitude; able to troubleshoot and implement effective solutions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to read a tape measure and understand tolerances.
