Overview:

This position is a Warehouse based role based in Blue Bell, PA. 

 

The Warehouse Supervisor provides overall direction and management for our Warehouse operations. The Warehouse Supervisor is the leader / manager of warehouse team This position involves a high level of responsibility requiring strong management and supervision skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly timesheet, expesne forms, and distribute to appropriate offices or managers 
• Manages "all" daily time records for warehouse payroll-including sick, vacation, personal days, etc. 
• Maintain warehouse equipment- repairs, inspection, security
• Manage security, both in the warehouse and the yard
• Manage the "large tools" requiring calibration and or testing 
• Ensure large tools are sent out on a timely manner and update toolwatch when item is returned. 
• Manage/oversees "cycle count" of consumables/small tools; Provides year end reports to business manager
• Manages/Oversees "large tool" counts yearly; Provides year end reports to Business Mgr. 
• Manage/schedule the testing of rubber goods with vendor on a weekly/monthly/bi-monthly and yearly basis
• Manages all warehouse purchasing 
• Manage common carrier shipments and deliveries 

Qualifications

• Experience with Tool watch, excel, word and microsoft office
