Who we're looking for
While your primary focus will be on the front-end, you’ll also have opportunities to work across the full stack—integrating with backend APIs, optimizing data flow, and experimenting with emerging technologies like large language models (LLMs) and advanced AI-powered features. This role is perfect for engineers who are passionate about great design, care deeply about user experience, and thrive in a collaborative environment where learning and innovation are encouraged.
Key Responsibilities

- Front-End Development: Focus primarily on front-end technologies (approximately 80% front end, 20% backend). Develop responsive, accessible, and scalable interfaces using React and TypeScript, while integrating with APIs and backend systems as needed.
- Customer Focus and Collaboration: Translate customer needs and design concepts into intuitive and functional web experiences. Partner closely with product, design, and engineering teams to refine requirements and deliver high-quality features.
- Continuous Improvement and Problem Solving: Stay ahead of front-end trends, frameworks, and performance optimization best practices. Identify and solve complex UI challenges, and introduce tools or workflows that improve development speed and quality.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of professional software development experience with a strong emphasis on front-end or front-end–leaning full-stack work.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency with React, TypeScript, and Node.js. Familiarity with modern build tools, state management, and performance optimization.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and debugging skills with a user-first mindset.
- Communication: Clear and effective communicator who collaborates well with design and product teams.
- Customer Focus: Ability to empathize with users and translate insights into thoughtful product experiences.
- Agility: Experience working in agile, iterative environments with continuous learning and improvement.
- Team Player: Proven success contributing within dynamic, cross-functional teams.
