As a Fitness Coach at our Orangetheory studio you can use your talents to positively affect the lives of our members every time you coach a workout!If you are a Health Enthusiast who would like to help us in our mission to spread More Life to our members and community, we would like to hear from YOU!• Must hold and maintain a current fitness certification from one of these OTF approved education company: ACSM, ACE, NASM, NCSA, AFFA• High school diploma or General education degree (GED) required; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience• CPR/AED certification• Must attend and pass a 5 day (8 hours per day) intensive training OT Fit Certification Process• Must be able to coach a minimum of 10 classes per week• Ability to multi-task and stay organized• Positive, motivating and effective interpersonal communication skills• Desire and capacity to train all fitness levels• Team Player• Ability to take a minimum of 2 OTF classes per week• Excellent communication and customer service skills• Must be able to safely lift and move up to 40lbsJob Type: Full-time Compensation: $30.00 - $70.00 per hour

About Us

Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
