Engagement Director - SAP Delivery Executive - Life Science

Job description: The SAP – Industry Delivery Lead (Life Sciences) will provide strategic direction and executive delivery oversight for clients, and drive business with clients to achieve revenue growth, profitability and continuing customer satisfaction.  Executive point of contact for Programs being run at clients, and responsible for client satisfaction, based on overall delivery milestones. Enhance opportunities and take accountability for qualification and closure of new business opportunities at accounts.  Own and develop the long-term client relationship on behalf of Capgemini.  Provide direction and management of the Account Team, identifying and implementing any development needs as required.   Collaborate with the solutions team in the Technology Services and the various Sector groups to develop and win a pipeline of new/add-on business. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Delivery and Engagement- Critical issue point for the customer and work with Managers from other service lines within Capgemini to ensure that service provision meets both SLAs & expectations. 
• Act as as a trusted, client advisor.  
• Develop positive relationships and regular contact with key client partners at senior/board level. Lead all aspects of day-to-day delivery of the services provided to the client.
• Team Leadership- Set direction, coach, mentor and lead performance of account team.  
• Work closely with Delivery Management to ensure that expectations are managed, and that appropriate support is available.  
• Work closely with other Business Units/teams to ensure that consistent messages are projected.
• Strategic/Business Development- Manage and own client relationships including all commercial, risk and opportunity development aspects of the services provided.
• SAP GTM (Go-to-Market)- Setting the deal shaping, value articulation, and full-portfolio sales strategy to win SAP centric deals in the context of solving broader business problem and solutions.
• Working with the Market Unit Sales Leadership and the SAP Practice Leadership to set clear priorities for allocation of resources and investments to maximize the pipeline yield and achieve Booking targets.
• Accelerate the growth of strategic offers including S/4 Hana and Cloud

Required Skills:

• 18-20 + years Total Professional Experience with a Minimum of 10 years of experience in management consulting or business transformation.
• Experience in the Life Sciences industries.
• Proven experience in a senior client/account management role within the supply side including management of program and account P&L 
• Consistent record of delivering IT solutions and growing revenue within a major account
• Experience operating at CXO level, and ability to demonstrate excellent client relationships
• Excellent client engagement – able to empathize with and respond to the needs of stakeholders
• Bachelor's Degree required in business management or a related field
• SAP Certifications Preferred.
