You will join and collaborate closely with the Global Proposal team, led by the Proposal Programme Manager, and together you will ensure the successful delivery of proposals for our Defence customers. You will be based at our head office in Aarhus, Denmark, and report to the Programme Manager for our Nordic constellation. 

 

Impactful global role with senior management exposure
As a Proposal Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of our proposal projects, shaping business ideas and engaging with customers right from the start. You will deliver winning offers that provide the best C4I solutions available on the market. In this role you will drive important negotiations with international primes and contribute to our global impact.

 

In short, you will be responsible for all deliverables in proposals, and your tasks will include: 
•    writing compelling and winning project descriptions for proposals  
•    presenting project proposals and business cases to senior management 
•    managing, coordinating and planning internal proposals contributions across the Defence Service organisation
•    estimating the scope of services and deliverables for each proposal and creating project schedules
•    participating in early capture phases for projects, shaping ideas and engaging with customers.

 

Experienced Project Manager with a passion for managing and composing winning proposals 
To be successful in this role, you bring +3 years' experience working as a Project Manager. You have a proven track record of overseeing project delivery, managing budgets, staffing, allocating resources, ensuring timely completion and ensuring high-quality outcomes.

 

Your experience should also include a proven ability to write project proposals, perform estimations and confidently present proposals to senior management. Exceptional English language proficiency is a prerequisite for this role.

 

Additionally, you:
•    bring an educational background within IT – preferably a Master’s degree
•    have project management certification (PMP/PMI or Prince2) or ITIL certification and experience working with Scrum
•    are a confident communicator with strong organisational skills.

We work with security-classified projects and therefore, as a Systematic employee, you must have a clean criminal record and have lived in a NATO/EU country for the past seven years.
