POSITION SUMMARY:
The Director of Specialty Services provides visionary leadership and operational oversight for NCH’s specialty practices. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care, financial sustainability, and operational excellence while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. The Director will oversee physician support, provider and employee recruitment, practice revenue cycle, and patient satisfaction strategies while ensuring regulatory compliance and risk mitigation. This position serves as a liaison between providers, senior leadership, and the community.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field (required)
- Master’s Degree preferred
Licensure:
- Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) for clinical staff or Heartsaver CPR AED for non-clinical staff (required).
Skills:
- Proven strategic planning and operational leadership experience

Work Experience:
- 7–10 years of progressive leadership experience in a hospital, ambulatory, or specialty clinic setting
- Demonstrated success in provider relations, revenue cycle management, and operational efficiency improvement
- Knowledge of regulatory, licensure, and accreditation standards
