Maintenance Technician

The Delaney at Georgetown Village is recruiting for a hospitality focused Maintenance Technician to join our team! This position is responsible for maintaining all aspects of the community.   Full-time Tuesday - Saturday $20 per hour   Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Maintenance Technician:

• Perform general maintenance and repair duties may include fixture installations, plumbing, minor electrical and appliance repairs, floor coverings, and some furniture installations with minimal supervision.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on complicated systems such as HVAC, refrigeration, pumping and motor systems, electrical and emergency generator systems, domestic water systems and all other aspects.
• Performs painting and refurbishing projects as assigned.
• Maintains accurate and timely inspection logs and recordkeeping as directed.
• Performs building and equipment repairs for both interior and exterior as needed in changing environments and temperatures
• Accomplishes assignments in a timely and professional manner

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Minimum one year experience in building maintenance 

Starting pay is $20.00/hour, based on experience.
