About the role

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for Food Folk in the Nordic region. This is a new role in the organization that offers a unique opportunity to set up, shape and develop the talent acquisition function across the Nordics. This role is both strategic and operational, responsible for recruitment, onboarding, and development of processes across the Nordics. You will independently establish recruitment frameworks and agreements and ensure professional, structured handling of the entire hiring process.

The position is based in Stockholm and is part of a dynamic and international Nordic environment. The role requires strategic thinking, flexibility, and strong business understanding to act effectively in different situations and support leadership and teams across the organization. Some travel should be expected, and during certain periods this may involve trips within the Nordics a couple of times per month.

You will report to Head of Nordic People & Culture.

As part of the recruitment process, SHL personality assessments will be used.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, implement, and improve recruitment frameworks and agreements
  • Develop our talent aqcusition & onboarding strategy
  • Develop recruitment processes and structures, including competency-based assessments
  • Lead recruitment across all levels in the Nordics, from operational sourcing and selection to onboarding
  • Advise managers and leadership, and manage stakeholders effectively across the organization
  • Ensure a positive candidate and employee experience
  • Collaborate closely with the People Team and contribute to knowledge sharing
  • Adapt recruitment processes to business needs and changing circumstances
  • Use data and insights to improve hiring
  • Solid experience in establishing and developing Talent Acquisition processes, and leading end-to-end recruitment across multiple levels and functions
  • Experience in competency-based recruitment and assessment methodologies
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate organizational needs into effective and scalable recruitment practices
  • Experience in negotiating and managing recruitment-related agreements and supplier partnerships
  • A confident, senior, and consultative approach, with the ability to advise and challenge hiring managers and stakeholders
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Advantageous:

  • Experience in Retail, Service sectors, or franchise environments
  • Experience in negotiation and managing framework agreements

Good to know

This is a permanent position with the desired start as soon as possible.
6 months’ probationary period is applied.
