NetSuite Systems Administrator

**Fully Remote position; must be available to work CST business hours.

Annual Base Salary:

$60-75K USD depending on professional experience and geographical location

The Role:

Glorious is seeking an experienced NetSuite Systems Administrator. The ideal candidate would be ready to take ownership of Glorious' NetSuite system and manage upgrades to the system. This position will report to the NetSuite and Security Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the maintenance of the NetSuite ERP platform for our business as the technical expert applying best practices
• Perform NetSuite ERP administrative functions which may include security maintenance, business process configuration, and support for integrations
• Monitors system performance and usage to maintain security and reliability; troubleshoot and resolve system issues in timely manner
• Collaborate with department subject matter experts and other stakeholders to help them meet any and all business goals.
• Collaborate with our ERP vendor and partners to help facilitate any integrations, support issues, and onboarding processes.
• Coordinates new software releases, fixes, and upgrades with technical teams and users.
• Understand ERP technical functions that require working directly with developers (not actually coding).

Requirements

• Professional proficiency in English
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience; certification a plus
• 3+ years of experience with NetSuite in an administration role; professional proficiency in NetSuite, databases, and security protocols
• Professional experience with NetSuite ERP, eCommerce Tools (Shopify), CRM, Databases, Data Warehouses (Snowflake), Reporting Tools (Tableau)
• Proven experience with ticketing systems (i.e., Asana, JIRA, etc.)
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong customer service orientation; strong verbal and written communication skills
