About this Job
This position owns the communication Data acquisition put in place with the Consumer Panelist in the UK (around 30 000 households). All the processes around the communication (Newsletter, Emails, Website maintenance, Mobile application messages, Text messages, surveys…) aim to engage the panellists and maintain a good level of collaboration: Exchange with vendors, with the local Data Acquisition and local sales team, financial process, creation of the communication, send this communication to the household, own the survey process.
Responsibilities
- Create the content and design of the newsletter sent to the household several times per year
- Update the household website regularly with new information (minimum once a month)
- Create the text of email/s text messages sent to the households.
- Be creative, propose and able to implement new communication tools/support/ content to keep the panel engaged.
- In constant exchange with the salesperson responsible for the Consumer Panel Services survey, selection (if full sample only) & validation of the sample, invitation email preparation, questionnaire filtering and wording validation, check that EU survey rules are respected, points given to the Households who completed the survey
- Rewarding processes: rewarding points attribution through, prize organization, winner selection
- Financial process: negotiate costing with vendors, raise the Purchase orders in Ariba, and validate and load the invoices in Ariba.
Qualifications
Essential:
- English native speaker
- Good communication skills
- Be a good writer, and be able to adapt the language to the target
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to work in a cross-functional environment with several interacting teams
- Ability to work on finance topics
- Good team player: communicates and works well with the other team members (from the UK and other European countries)
Preferred:
- Experience with social media communication
- Ability to work on multiple projects in parallel while managing and meeting changing deadlines and priorities
- Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
