Our “Roof & Components (RC)” business unit develops and produces roof systems for every type of vehicle and autonomous driving. To achieve this, we rely on the most modern technologies and materials. Key Responsibilities

 

• Managing all activities of quality inspection
• Appropriate distribution of tasks among the available workforce of Inspectors based on the production plan
• Identification and implementation of improvements and procedure updates related to the quality inspection processes
• Issuing reports and all information related to inspection issues
• Preparation of workstation training for (new) team members
• Information of team about daily targets, any current issues and quality alerts
• Performing effective hand-overs from one shift to the next

 

Minimum Qualifications

 

• Working experience in operational or supplier quality, preferably in the automotive industry
• Good knowledge of quality related company standards and customer specific requirements
• Additional training for managing people
• Basic knowledge of the production processes in area of responsibility
• Basic understanding of customer specific requirements 
• Experience in Microsoft Office and other software applications used in the supplier quality area
• Good knowledge of basic problem solving and continuous improvement tools
