Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on in-home care to clients, including help with personal hygiene, mobility, and activities of daily living.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal prep, and medication reminders.
• Build supportive relationships with clients to enhance quality of life.
• Monitor client well-being and promptly report changes to our office.
• Communicate regularly with the office to ensure client needs are fully met.

Requirements:

• Current CNA license or verified HHA certification
• Classroom-based CPR certification
• Completion of Florida’s required trainings: HIV/AIDS, Alzheimer’s and Related Dementias, and Assistance with Self Administration of Meds
• Reliable transportation to client homes
• Strong communication skills and the flexibility to adapt to various client needs
• Caring, patient, and empathetic attitude with a dedication to client well-being
• Dependability, integrity, and attention to detail in all tasks
• Comfort working in client homes; pet-friendly encouraged but not required
