About the role

JPMorganChase is seeking a high-potential, action-oriented Junior Business Manager to support our Product Development organization in Home Lending.  In this high-visibility role, you will partner closely with the Product & Transformation Chief of Staff to keep the organization operating with clarity, discipline, and momentum while helping advance key transformation priorities.

As a Junior Business Manager in Home Lending Product & Transformation, you will run an exceptional executive operating rhythm—calendar, meeting preparation, follow-ups, and communications—while also building core business management and junior Chief of Staff capabilities through initiative support, operational cadence, and narrative development. You will take on the challenge of synchronizing efforts across diverse products and interpreting operations data for growth opportunities. Unleash your potential in a role that lets you shape change initiatives and strategize resource allocation.  You are a significant contributor to your team with a strong knowledge of optimization and integration. You understand what it takes to bring together all the key elements of a product line and its products to ensure coordinated outcomes.
