Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our growing HR team. This remote, exempt role provides frontline HR support with a strong focus on employee relations and day-to-day HR operations across multiple regions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates flexibility, and brings a proactive, client-focused approach to problem-solving.

Work location and arrangement: This position is a full time, fully remote position with a strong preference for qualified candidates who reside in the Central U.S. time zone.

What You’ll be Doing:

• Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee relations matters, coaching managers and employees to navigate and resolve concerns effectively.
• Support HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, status changes, benefits inquiries, leave administration, and compliance tracking.
• Generate and analyze reports, presentations, and documents using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Leverage collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and OneNote for efficient communication and documentation.
• Maintain and utilize HRIS systems such as UKG and ClearCompany.
• Monitor and apply knowledge of employment law and HR trends.
• Contribute to special projects and continuous improvement of HR service delivery.

We’re Looking for Somone Who:

• Minimum of 4 years of progressive HR experience in a generalist and/or employee relations capacity required. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Strong foundation in HR practices, with a focus on employee relations and client-facing support.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a confident, outgoing personality.
• High attention to detail, organization, and ability to prioritize and pivot in a fast-paced environment.
• Intermediate/Advance in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and preferably Microsoft Teams and OneNote.
• Experience with HRIS platforms (UKG preferred).
• Solid understanding of HR compliance and multi-state employment practices; experience with California preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation Range: A starting base salary in the $60,000 - $70,000 range, depending on the candidate’s experience. This position is also eligible for additional incentive compensation that is performance based.
