About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Implementation Manager to lead the successful implementation and adoption of Commure's Ambient AI product suite across our enterprise healthcare clients. This leadership role is pivotal in ensuring seamless client onboarding, accelerated time-to-value, and long-term adoption success. You will directly manage a team of implementation specialists, own relationships with strategic clients, and dedicate a portion of your time to driving process improvements, removing blockers, and building scalable onboarding and implementation practices across the organization.

This role is fully remote with required travel 25-50%.

What You'll Do

Team Leadership & Strategic Enablement (≈20%)

  • Directly lead, mentor, and develop a team of implementation specialists, ensuring high performance, professional growth, and accountability.

  • Drive continuous improvement in implementation processes, including playbooks, onboarding workflows, and issue resolution approaches.

  • Proactively identify and remove blockers that slow down implementations or adoption.

  • Partner cross-functionally to define and refine onboarding and implementation methodologies that scale.

Client Implementation & Delivery (≈80%)

  • Oversee end-to-end implementation projects for new strategic clients, from kickoff through go-live and steady state.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive implementation plans aligned with client objectives and timelines.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, clinical staff, administrative personnel) to ensure smooth implementations.

  • Configure and customize Commure solutions to meet client-specific workflows.

  • Own and nurture C-level client relationships during implementation, ensuring satisfaction and adoption.

  • Establish and track KPIs to measure implementation success and adoption.

  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to resolve technical issues and feed insights back into product roadmaps.

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of implementation documentation, best practices, and training resources.

  • Ensure standardized use of tools (e.g., Retool, Looker/Tableau, SQL) to build dashboards, track progress, and deliver insights.

  • Build and automate reporting solutions to improve transparency and accountability across implementations.

What You Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Computer Science, or related technical field.

  • 7+ years of experience in SaaS technology, healthcare technology, or similar roles, with at least 2+ years of direct team leadership.

  • Proven ability to lead teams through complex enterprise-scale implementations.

  • Strong technical aptitude with data analysis (excel and SQL preferred) and data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau).
