Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Principal, Information Systems Engineering with extensive experience in OCI, Azure, and AWS. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in configuring operating systems, security, compliance, compute, storage, monitoring, and alerting. This role requires a strong background in lead architecture, design and build, migrations, and JDEdwards EnterpriseOne and PeopleSoft applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Cloud Architecture & Design: Expertise with cloud solutions across OCI
Configuration & Management: Hands-on configuration and management of JDEdwards EnterpriseOne and PeopleSoft operating systems, security, compliance, compute, storage, database, backups, monitoring, and alerting.
Project Leadership: Serve as the lead on projects, ensuring successful delivery of solutions. Oversee the design and build phases.
System Support: Provide ongoing support and management of cloud environments, ensuring optimal performance and compliance.
Internal Stakeholder Support: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Technical Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior consultants, sharing knowledge and best practices.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or 15 years experience in the fields specified
Advanced degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in cloud consulting, with a focus on OCI, Azure, and AWS.
Certifications: Relevant certifications in OCI, Azure, and AWS (e.g., OCI Architect Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
Technical Skills:
In-depth knowledge of OCI, Azure, and AWS services.
Proficiency in configuring and managing operating systems, security, compliance, compute, storage, database, backups, monitoring, and alerting.
Strong understanding of cloud architecture and best practices.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proven leadership and project management skills.
