Client Partner – Red River

Red River is seeking a results-driven Client Partner to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in overseeing the full financial and operational lifecycle of client engagements within an industry vertical, with a strong emphasis on profitability, forecasting, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end ownership of account financials, including revenue forecasting, margin analysis, and performance to budget
  • Manage the full order-to-cash cycle, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded
  • Lead strategic planning in collaboration with internal and client stakeholders to align services with business outcomes
  • Guide successful onboarding and steady-state operations to support long-term client delivery
  • Provide financial oversight while identifying opportunities for upsell and operational efficiencies
  • Stay current with Red River capabilities to introduce high-impact solutions that maximize client value

Requirements

  • Executive-level presence with experience engaging with C-suite leadership
  • Strong financial acumen and demonstrated P&L ownership in a client-facing role
  • Strategic thinking with a track record of delivering profitable growth
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate value propositions, manage expectations, and report on performance
  • Organizational and time management skills to navigate multiple clients and project timelines
  • Proposal development experience
