- Identify dependencies, reduce risks, and drive the collaboration with cross-functional partners and report to leadership on progress against goals.
- Create standard and custom reports
summarizing business, financial, or economic data in order to translate business requirements into project proposals and define and scope problem statements including SMART goals and
success criteria. - Analyze business intelligence and current trend data to explore new strategic opportunities for Global Quality to inform the future roadmap for leadership consideration.
- Proactively and independently initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance and align and influence senior cross-functional partners on priorities using data driven
analysis. - Communicate process, policy, and product concepts effectively to senior leadership, business and cross-functional partners.
- Maintain and update business intelligence tools and
resources for Global Quality and remain up to date on key workflow changes, operational guidelines, policy updates, and Community Standards. - Apply deep understanding of the
architecture and integration points of Meta’s community support processes, products, and policies in order to provide technical support and disseminate information for business
intelligence tools, reports, and metadata enhancements for Global Quality. - Position requires 20% domestic and international travel.
- Requires a Master's degree in Management, Marketing, International Relations, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field and three years of work experience in job offered or business-related occupation. Requires three years of experience in the following:
- 1. Working with technical and business stakeholders, including leadership
- 2. Communicating and partnering with cross-functional teams, driving alignment, effective escalations, and achieving results
- 3. Coordinating large cross-functional projects and managing end-to-end from inception through to delivery
- 4. Working in a Strategic function or equivalent team, preferably in a technology company or consulting firm or similar fast-paced environment
- 5. Operational excellence and process improvement methodologies
- 6. Developing and editing policies impacting a large number of end users
- 7. Working with Trust and Safety teams or parallel vertical within a global online platform-based company.
