About the role

Key Areas of Responsibility (Answerable for the following end results)

·        Lead the “growth” functions of the business which include commercial, sales, marketing and strategy.

·        Directly responsible for the development and implementation of the commercial growth equation and growth funnel for the organization.

·        Assist the CEO and executive leadership team in the development and execution of the corporate strategic roadmap, which consists of, but not limited to,           M&A activity, joining venture opportunities, Europe and APAC growth strategy, strategic customer partnerships and relationship management, etc.

·        Use data driven analysis to deploy and manage critical functional KPI’s, and cascade strong standard work processes, to drive topline growth.

·        Collaborate on go-to-market and portfolio strategy, executing the annual TAM/SAM process and action plan.

·        Monitor the competitive landscape and attending industry events to stay abreast of new initiatives and efficient ways to execute the overall business                   strategy.

·        Identify, train, and develop leaders within the responsible functions, ensuring clear growth pats and trajectories for each.

·        Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness, while providing analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for the growth of the business and providing regular briefs on the competitive landscape.

·        Participate in the executive round table and align with the executive leadership group to define the overall mission and vision statements that will drive the business.

·        Maintain a Servant Leadership style of management and be dedicated to promoting a culture of open communication and inclusion.

 

Limits of Authority

·        Advise Department Manager of those situations that may pose a significant risk to the program, product assurance, facilities, employee safety or customer                          satisfaction results.

·        Initiate actions to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformance relating to product, process & systems.

·        Identify and record any problems relating to the product, process or system.

·        Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through the appropriate channels and verify implementation.

·        Control further processing and delivery of nonconforming product until the deficiency is corrected.

 Basic Education, Experience and Skills Required

·        Master's degree in Applied Science, Sales, Marketing, Finance or Accounting, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

·        Proficient computer experience, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and computerized accounting systems.

·        Minimum 10 – 15 yrs years of experience in industrial B2B or adjacent markets.

·        Sound oral and written communication skills.

·        Strong organizational skills.

·        Able to maintain confidentiality on products, services and processes.
