Every Cure is an AI-driven nonprofit, biotech organization that was founded to uncover and repurpose existing drugs to treat the millions of patients who suffer from diseases without approved treatments. By focusing on drug repurposing, we aim to provide affordable and accessible therapies for those suffering from diseases that are often overlooked in traditional drug development. Through artificial intelligence technologies, collaboration with healthcare professionals, and patient advocacy, Every Cure is dedicated to unlocking the full potential of existing medicines to treat every disease and every patient we possibly can. Inspired by Every Cure’s co-founders' work repurposing drugs for Castleman disease and other rare diseases, Every Cure has advanced repurposed treatments for neglected diseases and been featured in USA Today, Good Morning America, and Wall Street Journal. Led by a talented leadership team and an outstanding Board of Directors, Every Cure is supported through funding from leading philanthropic organizations like Chan Zuckerberg Initiative and Elevate Prize Foundation and a federal contract with ARPA-H.

The Chief Medical Officer at Every Cure will provide strategic vision and operational oversight for the organization’s medical function, ensuring the advancement of our mission to repurpose existing, FDA-approved drugs for diseases with significant unmet needs. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CMO will drive the selection and advancement of a portfolio of drug repurposing opportunities through preclinical testing, clinical trials, and dissemination to patients. This leader will oversee a diverse portfolio of projects across disease areas and therapeutic modalities, balancing resource allocation, managing risk, and optimizing outcomes to maximize patient impact. The CMO will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance Every Cure’s AI platform and support predictive scoring methodologies. With expertise in clinical development and biomedical research, the CMO will serve as a public representative of Every Cure, driving impactful partnerships and promoting our work to external stakeholders.

How you will make an impact -

• Lead the Medical Team: Lead Every Cure’s medical function, including oversight of preclinical studies and clinical trials. Establish clear objectives, implement efficient processes, and lead a high-performing team to execute on the organization’s mission.
