Your Career

The role of the Senior Change Management Specialist is critical to a client’s success. You will play a strategic role that clients trust to help them choose the right path forward as they plan for change in their transformational efforts. Success is a team sport, and, in this role, you will find it by collaborating, being empathetic, and having a tenacious curiosity as you help clients plan for change.

Your Impact

  • Advise on and lead Change Management project activities including creating deliverables that support Communication, Governance, Training, Business Impacts, Resistance Management and other OCM deliverables and efforts, managing resistance to change and help in ensuring user readiness
  • Support change efforts on multiple client programs by designing, participating in, and leading workshops, stakeholder assessment, and change impact assessment interviews and focus groups; assist with development of communication, engagement, and training plans to document specific actions required to enable change
  • Design, prepare, and execute communication, engagement, and training plans and prepare written, verbal, video presentation materials as well as other customer deliverables
  • Maintain OCM content repository and ensure that documents conform to standards and storage retention procedures; Support OCM Leadership with Knowledge and Standards, including required standard and ad-hoc requests, incorporate industry best practices and implement standards, key measures, tools, and metrics
  • Develop and coordinate project performance measurement reporting, drawing on OCM tools and data to provide reporting assistance to OCM Leadership and develop and execute functions to ensure adoption of new systems and processes with the OCM Team
  • Contribute to and delivery proposals, points of view, presentations, roadmaps, and other materials as needed
  •  Act as a consulted party to NewRocket’s own internal change management needs

  • You will contribute to published thought leadership that offers the market expanded thinking on present and emerging topics and will be rewarded with an amplified voice and recognition as a Trusted Advisor.
  • You will have executive presence and be rewarded with the opportunity to communicate formal and informal recommendations, proposals, reports, interpretations, roadmaps, training, and other outputs as needed/identified.
