Paralegal / Legal Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and filing refugee claims
• Support in managing appeals and judicial reviews
• Conduct legal research and draft documents for mandamus applications
• Communicate effectively with clients and other stakeholders
• Maintain organized case files and documentation

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a paralegal or in a related legal position
• Strong knowledge of immigration law and procedures
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in legal research and document drafting
• Intermediate to advanced level of Spanish and English
• Good Knowledge of French will be a plus
• Must be LEGALLY able to work in Canada
