The Private duty Nursing Coordinator is responsible for staffing and coordinating the day-to-day care delivered by field staff members working in the St. Louis Metro are.

The Private Duty Nursing Coordinator opening offers a rewarding position with an opportunity for growth both professionally and personally. The right candidate must be highly organized, detail-oriented, able to multi-task & think on their feet in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a fantastic attitude.

Job Duties:

• Staffing
• Interacting with client families and field staff
• Interviewing potential employees
• Matching Nurses to clients
• Troubleshooting problems and providing resolution
• Ability to handle a multi-line phone system.

Experience Needed:

• Past experience in a medical field preferred but not required.
• Previous Care Coordination a plus!
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Office experience is preferred but not required.
• We will train the right person!
