We are seeking a highly strategic and operationally sound Chief of Staff for our Growth, Performance, and Operations (GPO) team within LinkedIn’s Marketing organization. This individual will act as a thought partner and drive the day-to-day execution of key priorities, serving as a trusted advisor to the Vice President of GPO and the leadership team. This role will be instrumental in advancing the strategic priorities and narrative of the organization, while ensuring operational excellence through effective processes and a robust rhythm of business.
The GPO team is comprised of seasoned subject-matter experts who rely on extensive experience, an ambitious vision, and an outcome-oriented approach to drive LinkedIn's growth through best-in-class marketing, technologies, and capabilities.
To be successful in this role, the chief of Staff should have a robust strategic approach, be technologically savvy, precise and structured in their approach to operations, and be an effective communicator.
The strategic approach involves getting close to how things work in the business and the team before understanding what matters most and developing a practical action plan that drives impact.

The Chief of Staff is a crucial member of the Growth, Performance & Operations leadership team, participating in strategy discussions, leading key initiatives, facilitating business planning and execution, and communicating results. They will also be a part of the Marketing and Communications (M&C) Chief of Staff community to help connect strategy, operations, and relationships across the global organization.
