About the Job

The salary range for this position is $157,500 to $210,000. We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary- therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits, as well as equity.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and grow a Test Engineering team as they innovate and execute the testing of our new Cloud & Web solutions

• Drive best practices for test automation, test execution, and test management

• Implement automation-first strategy

• Maintain, expand, and improve our automated testing framework

• Identify risks with mitigation plans and negotiate with stakeholders as required

• Define, design, and deliver tools and automation framework for our Web and Cloud systems

• Collaborate closely with software engineers, designers, and product managers for backend testability and design

• Monitor product and/or feature-level quality health metrics such as testability, test health, and test coverage

• May telecommute

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field and 72 months of experience in the job offered or related occupation
