Ensuring the development of long-term business plans to grow the business will be essential to your success as you help push strategic growth in Sales. Key account management looks after developing and maintaining our relationships with our key customers so that our customer value proposition is brought to life.

Core Responsibilities

Responsible for building and maintaining partnerships and creating joint value to drive business growth, including:

  • Develop and implement sales strategy for a sales channel ensuring the business delivers against sales and profitability objectives

  • Up skill and develop the overall competence and professional skills within the sales function

  • Drive customer value proposition, engaging with key customers and developing better quality relationships

  • Leading strategic joint business agenda with customers, developing annual business plans and managing in-year negotiations and course correction plans

  • Provide channel inputs into BU annual business planning and channel strategy planning
     

Do you have what it takes?

  • Minimum of 10 years in territory sales

  • At least 5 years in senior sales management and leadership

  • Deep knowledge of US K12 education industry required

  • Knowledge of and experience in all sales subject areas; experience with the Challenger sales model preferred

  • Experience as an educator a bonus

  • Experience effectively reporting and managing a business from a sales point of view with a strong understanding of using data
     

Compensation
The base salary for this position generally ranges between $151,000 - $226,000. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operational needs and other considerations permitted by law.
