Job Summary: 

The role of Cider Tender provides exceptional customer service by guiding guests through our unique cider offerings and ensuring an inviting atmosphere. This role provides education to customers about cider varieties, handles transactions, and maintains a clean, organized space. With a passion for cider and people, the Cider Tender creates memorable experiences that keeps guests coming back. Strong interpersonal skills, enthusiasm, and attention to detail are critical to the success of this role. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Providing cider education, guidance, and recommendations to guests 

• Taking orders, pouring cider, and running food 

• Cleaning keg lines 

• Washing glassware and dishes 

• Bussing tables 

• Maintaining cleanliness of the cider house and facilities 

Required Skills/Abilities: 

• MAST and Food handler's permits required
• Relevant experience working in hospitality and customer-facing roles
• Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude and engage with guests
• Ability to be on feet for extended periods usually 6-8 hours
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Must have open Friday/ Saturday/ Monday availability for a variety of shifts (open/mid/closing), with an interest in filling in other days of the week
• Experience or passion for craft beverages is ideal, but not necessary

Benefits

• Salary: $20.76/hr DOE + tips
