Sonar Spark is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Public Relations Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the PR department by coordinating campaigns, managing client communications, and ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day operations. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation and distribution of press releases, pitches, and media kits.
• Coordinate media coverage and track client mentions in print, online, and broadcast platforms.
• Maintain and update media contact lists and databases.
• Prepare reports summarizing campaign performance and media coverage.
• Schedule and organize meetings, events, and interviews.
• Provide general administrative support to the PR team.
• Research and analyze industry trends to assist in campaign planning.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Knowledge of public relations principles and media landscape.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience or internship in PR is a plus.
