How you will make an impact: 

Vista Prairie at Ridgeway is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to use your skills and play a crucial role in the well-being of our residents. As an LPN, you will perform a variety of professional nursing duties. Some of your Key Accountabilities will include: Assisting the RN in orienting, training, and mentoring new staff. Assisting with the startup of services, transitions, and discharges of residents. You will perform delegated tasks and other duties as assigned. You will also carry out proper charting practices and documentation procedures. You will report changes or problems in resident conditions or other concerns about clients. Imagine the smiles on the faces of our residents when you help them achieve their best.

Schedule: This is a Full-time, Days, Monday through Friday, Rotating On-call.

What you will need: 

• We Welcome New Grads!
• Current Minnesota LPN license in good standing required
• Assisted Living or Memory Care experience preferred
• Must be 21 years or older
