At TaskUs, you're not just a Technical Writer Lead you're an architect. You'll be a strategic and customer-focused partner who will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects. You will wear many hats throughout the project lifecycle, from intake and triage to communication, execution, and closure. This role requires a blend of project management expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships and competing priorities.

      Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans utilizing standardized documentation templates like Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), formal agendas, and action item trackers.

  • Manage project documentation and ensure its completion throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Conduct deep-dive meetings with stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather information, document minutes, establish timelines, and identify action items.

  • Host weekly project sync meetings, documenting milestones, action items, and escalation points, and ensuring all parties are aligned.

Stakeholder Management and Communication:

  • Engage key stakeholders and project sponsors from project discovery to closure.

  • Prioritize and manage project scope, cost, and timelines while effectively managing stakeholder expectations.

  • Act as a communication champion, ensuring transparency and managing competing agendas among stakeholders.

  • Manage client relationships and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Process Improvement and Optimization:

  • Validate the workflows and processes of incoming WTS opportunities.

  • Collaborate with internal and external partners on process and operational improvements throughout the project cycle.

  • Identify and troubleshoot discrepancies in processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Conduct project closure processes and contribute to organization-wide procedure improvements using lessons learned.

  • Additional Responsibilities:
