Job Description

This Internship is a hybrid position in our Westlake, OH office! 

The Operations team supports the RRD Marketing Solutions business in a large capacity.  The primary goal of the department is to create efficiencies and scalability through various process improvements and standardization efforts. The Intern will assist the group through some short-term initiatives that will bring significant long-term impact.  Responsibilities will range from data cleanup efforts, reporting metrics, and a new system implementation. This role will have the opportunity to be exposed to multiple operating systems to learn the business as a whole. 

Responsibilities

Client Documentation & Knowledge Base Site

• Create page template (key info, link to drives, projects, etc.)
• Work with client leads to complete client pages for all active clients
• Client Documentation strategy; help transition things according to agreed plan

Knowledge Base Site

•  Explore potential overview page template (format, colors, etc.)
• Update with key info (overviews, primary contact, last updated, etc.)
• Complete updating sites with applicable content leads
• Document procurement process

System Optimization

• Learn the tool
• Dig into insights and identify interesting learnings and trends
• Create video around value prop and best practices 

Learning Programs

• Develop specific curriculums from RRD Learning Management System

Marketing Materials

• Creative support and creation of final sales/marketing documents

 Innovation Odyssey

• Help make concept of Innovation Odyssey come to fruition
• Criteria to measure submissions, build the site, create launch video 

 Client Management Support

• Competitive reviews of clients
• Account Review template

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing an applicable Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college; Business Administration, Operations Management, Marketing majors preferred
• Knowledge of Google Suite of products (namely Google Sites, Google Drive and Gmail)
• Ability to quickly learn new web-based operating systems
• Initiative to successfully coordinate projects and day-to-day work on their own
• Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills for a geographically dispersed team
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
• High sense of urgency and attention to detail
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel

Additional Information

The pay range for this role is $18 to $20 / hour.
