About the role
Teramind is seeking a growth-oriented Senior Manager of US Partnerships to join our team and oversee our expansion on the west coast.
As we expand across the US, the Senior Manager of US Partnerships will be responsible for creating, developing, and nurturing a vibrant partner ecosystem by building trustworthy relationships, implementing solid acquisition and retention strategies, and consistently promoting our value proposition across the region.

This role will report to the Head of Global Partnerships and will focus on the West Coast region of the US (California, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, Utah, Wyoming, Montana, Alaska, Hawaii, Idaho).
Responsibilities
- Build a deep understanding of the partner ecosystem, challenges, opportunities, benefits, and Teramind’s unique value proposition for partners.
- Implement GTM strategies, ensuring our value proposition is consistent across the region.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners, offering them best-in-class throughout their partnership lifecycle with Teramind.
- Qualify and manage new business opportunities, ensuring proper forecasting and deal closure with partners.
- Work closely with the partner marketing manager to create growth and awareness campaigns and content that drive deal acquisition and partner engagement across the region.
- Work hand-in-hand with the Solutions Engineer to help partners and customers with their technical needs (webinars, on-site sessions, events).
- Become the main point of contact for West Coast partners by understanding and addressing their needs and goals, supporting them to drive business growth, and ensuring partner satisfaction.
- Manage the partner ecosystem by evaluating their health, maturity, and acquisition/revenue goal achievement to identify the most prominent opportunities.
- Roll out localized business procedures and initiatives, such as sales guides and best practices, sales enablement training, and pipeline management standard implementation.
- Plan initiatives to align and engage with key partners and stakeholders across the territory.
- Manage and report on performance metrics, constantly analyzing data and finding opportunities for improvement.
- Represent Teramind at local business and industry events.
- Create and maintain up-to-date partner information and communications documented in the CRM.
- Co-lead business plans and support our partners daily, ensuring they achieve success through shared performance metrics and goals.
- Collaborate with Teramind’s internal stakeholders to identify business growth opportunities, solve technical issues, and implement process improvements.
- Conduct regular business reviews and planning meetings with top and emerging resellers in the assigned region.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience working in the business field, with preference for cybersecurity, MSs, SW Distributors, Resellers, or managed business-to-business sales.
- Proven experience within the cybersecurity/software field, with a deep understanding of the market and business growth drivers.
- Ability to quickly understand new products and features, and effectively communicate them.
- Experience leading sales cycles from end to end, using consultative techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (Hubspot) to manage business opportunities and documentation effectively.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently lead multiple projects and initiatives.
- Ability to present and communicate to C-suite stakeholders.
- Experience building trust and nurturing relationships with diverse stakeholders to create a vibrant partner environment.
- Location: California, within 60 miles of a major airport.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
