We’re looking for a Sales Development Manager (or senior outbound sales professional) who thrives in early-stage environments and can own outbound sales operations end-to-end. This is not a support or task-based position—it’s for someone with proven outbound sales experience who can build, sell, and lead without needing day-to-day guidance.
This role is for someone who loves the fast pace and ambiguity of startup life, takes ownership, solves problems independently, and can build the outbound function while actively closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
Build outbound lead lists using tools like Google Maps, LinkedIn, and online directories
Execute cold outreach campaigns (email, calls, etc.) using existing scripts or custom language
Qualify leads and schedule virtual walkthroughs or sales calls
Prepare service quotes using internal quoting tools (e.g., CleanlyRun)
Close deals and coordinate handoff for onboarding and service delivery
Track your own sales pipeline manually until CRM processes are fully implemented
Collaborate directly with the founder to refine outreach strategies, messaging, and operational workflows
Report daily activities and outcomes via spreadsheet or reporting form until automation is implemented
This Role Is Not:
A lead-follow-up position—you’ll be creating your own outbound momentum
A plug-and-play sales job—we’re still building the tools, processes, and playbooks
A team management position from Day 1—you’ll be a hands-on contributor while building the foundation
Ideal Candidate Profile
3+ years in outbound B2B sales, ideally in services, SaaS, or facilities sectors
Demonstrated ability to manage and self-track a sales pipeline
Confident making cold calls and sending cold emails daily
Experience working in early-stage startups or lean teams
Familiarity with GoHighLevel
Requirements
Must-Have Traits
Strong bias for action—done is better than perfect
develop Sales SOPs and procedures rather than being spoon-fed.
Leadership experience to lead others team members
Operates independently and proactively solves problems
Embraces rapid iteration—comfortable with testing, failing, and adjusting
Communicates clearly, directly, and consistently
Thrives in low-structure, high-ownership environments
Independent Contractor Perks
- WITH INCENTIVES
- HMO Coverage for eligible locations
- Permanent work from home
- Immediate hiring
