Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Product Manager to drive the strategy, development, and growth of Data Insights & Analytics SaaS tools. This role requires a strong mix of technical expertise, user-centric thinking, and strategic vision to ensure the platform delivers meaningful, actionable insights. The Product Manager will collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to define and execute the product roadmap.
Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market trends, customer needs, and business objectives for The People Platform’s measurement, data and software platforms.
User & Market Research: Conduct user interviews, analyze market trends, and gather customer feedback to enhance product capabilities.
Data Analytics & Insights Development: Partner with data scientists and engineers to define and evolve large-scale, customer-facing data models and advanced visualization experiences (including complex dashboards and, where applicable, geo-temporal views) that translate high-volume datasets into clear, actionable insights.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, UX/UI, marketing, and sales teams to align product development with business goals.
Feature Definition & Prioritization: Create detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, prioritizing features that drive the most value.
Customer Success & Adoption: Ensure seamless onboarding, training, and continuous engagement to drive user adoption and satisfaction. Work with appropriate departments to create, maintain and deliver marketing materials, user guides, manuals and training materials.
Performance Metrics & Optimization: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and continuously optimize the product based on data-driven insights.
Compliance & Security: Work closely with legal and security teams to ensure data privacy and compliance with industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
Qualifications and Job Requirements
8+ years of experience in product management (not project management), with a strong focus on data-driven SaaS products.
Proven experience product-managing large-scale data visualization platforms, delivering insights to external customers.
Prior domain experience in at least one of the following is required:
Media measurement and analytics (e.g., linear TV, streaming, movie exhibition, adtech).
Geospatial or location-based analytics (e.g., visitation data, OOH impressions, path or mobility analysis).
Strong understanding of data analytics, visualization paradigms, and cloud-based SaaS platforms, with the ability to contribute effectively from day one.
Ability to analyze complex, high-volume datasets and translate insights into clear product strategy, roadmap decisions, and customer-facing features.
Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, and modern data platforms; exposure to AI/ML-driven analytics is a plus.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the autonomy to own outcomes end-to-end.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and using product management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
