This position will be required to be onsite for training 1-2 days per week at our office in South Burlington, VT for the first 4-6 weeks of employment. After training has been completed this position will be primarily remote.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Manager, Revenue Cycle Business System Support leads a team responsible for providing application support and analysis to promote system and workflow improvements in support of more efficient revenue cycle operations. The Manager provides for the development and distribution of timely and accurate reporting to support revenue cycle operations and initiatives. The Manager will provide project management as needed for new revenue cycle initiatives and will collaborate and coordinate with Information Technology (IT) and end users during application installations and upgrade implementations for epic and independent systems used within the Revenue Cycle to ensure appropriate testing and adoption of new technologies and functions.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in computer technology, application management or related field of system analysis required.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum five years of current experience in health care finance/revenue cycle functions. Experience with EPIC systems preferred.
