Senior Product Manager, Marketplace

We started Oscar in 2012 to create the kind of health insurance company we would want for ourselves—one that behaves like a doctor in the family.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>About the role:</strong></p> <p>Lucie Health Marketplace is a new all-in-one storefront that will change how Americans shop for healthcare. Consumers buy cars, homes, and everyday products with transparency and choice. Healthcare is next. Lucie’s platform can serve millions of entrepreneurs, full- and part-time employees, gig workers, and early retirees.</p> <p>This marketplace will serve D2C and ICHRA employee shoppers - guiding them with AI and broker support as they shop health plans, supplemental products, telehealth benefits, and other healthcare goods and services.</p> <p>As a Senior Product Manager on the Lucie Health Marketplace team, You will lead marketplace product strategy, partnering closely with Engineering, Data, and Design teams. You will prioritize the marketplace roadmap, balancing initiatives across growth, user experience, AI investments, and strategic partnerships. You’ll work closely with Product Managers responsible for the enrollment platform and ICHRA tooling to create an end-to-end shopping experience.</p> <p>You will report into a Director, Product Management.</p> <p><strong>Work Location: </strong></p> <p>This position is based in our New York City office, requiring a hybrid work schedule with 3 days of in-office work per week. Thursdays are a required in-office day for team meetings and events, while your other two office days are flexible to suit your schedule. #LI-Hybrid</p> <p><strong>Pay Transparency: </strong></p> <p>The base pay for this role is: $163,944.00 - $215,176.50per year.
