The Job:
As a Quality Engineer, you’ll be part of our Industrial team working as an on-site employee. You’ll get to:
• Maintaining the AS9100 Quality Management System.
• Conducting internal audits and identifying areas for improvement.
• Develops training documentation for specific processes in compliance with customer and quality requirements.
• Participating in design reviews, risk management, continuous improvement, approval of routers for new products, and contract review activities.
• Creating and enforcing quality standards, procedures, and policies.
• Working closely with all departments/functions to develop procedures/work instructions for new processes, identify improvement and training needs, and develop performance goals.
• Manage Root Cause & Corrective Action process for external and internal customer complaints.
• Interface and assist with supply chain development and initiatives; evaluate supplier performance; maintain suppliers’ qualifications up to date.

• Trouble shooting skills with focus on process improvement
• Lean manufacturing basics
• Strong organization and planning skills
• Knowledge of manufacturing and quality systems
• Typically, 3+ years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Aerospace Engineering or related technical discipline.
