Description

The Strategic Management Department of IESE Business School invites applications for tenure-track positions (Open Rank) for our Barcelona or Madrid campus. The expected start date is September 2024.

We welcome candidates focusing on strategy and innovation, organization theory, economic sociology, or related areas. Applicants must demonstrate strong disciplinary and methodological foundations, ability to conduct high quality research and the potential to teach in a dynamic multicultural environment. Qualifications

A Ph.D. in Management or related field is required (expected completion date: September 1st 2024). Applicants must demonstrate ability to conduct high quality research and the potential to teach in a dynamic multicultural environment. We seek applicants that are motivated by our tradition of high-impact academic research and direct impact to management practice.
