Salary: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
Hours: 1st Shift, 7:00am - 3:30pm, Mon thru Friday

The Clare is recruiting for hospitality focused Plant Operations Technicians to join our team!
Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Plant Operations Technician:
- Service HVAC units/systems, including operating weekly tests for emergency generator as specified by the manufacturer, and in compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance and repair on the facility and equipment to include plumbing, plastering, electrical, carpentry, mechanical, painting, etc., as directed, in accordance with established procedures.
- Receive and follow maintenance schedule/instructions from your supervisor as outlined in our established maintenance policies and procedures.
Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:
- Technical training in plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, etc.
- HVAC Certificate
- Ability to read, write and speak the English language
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree

Salary: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
