AbilityPath is hiring for a Program Supervisor in Employment Services!

The Program Supervisor provides mentorship, supervision, and training for Job Coaches and Employment Specialists, while supporting adults with developmental disabilities in reaching their employment goals. This role is also responsible for service coordination through Person-Centered Planning practices and acts as a key liaison with families, Regional Center, and community partners.

This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth.

Compensation: $28-$30/hr (depending on experience)

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Program Supervisor, Employment Services, you will:

  • Provide mentorship, supervision, training, and performance evaluation for Job Coaches, Employment Specialists, and Job Developers

  • Coordinate Person-Centered Planning and case management for participants, including assessments, goal setting, progress tracking, and incident reporting

  • Conduct and document semi-annual and annual goal-focused meetings with participants and their support circles

  • Oversee service delivery and documentation of participant activities

  • Maintain a personal caseload (50% billable)

  • Review Individual Support Plans (ISPs) and reports, providing feedback as needed

  • Support day-to-day program operations, including administrative tasks such as timecard approvals, reimbursements, and billing

  • Provide onsite job coaching support to staff and participants when needed

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with families, caregivers, Regional Center, Department of Rehabilitation, and community partners

  • Ensure a safe and inclusive work environment that aligns with Employment First principles and best practices

  • Stay current with technology and provide support to staff on program systems

  • Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Degree in a related field, specialized certification, or equivalent work/volunteer experience

  • Experience supervising staff and supporting individuals with developmental disabilities

  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
