What You’ll Be Doing
People + Culture
- Help create a studio culture where team members feel supported, challenged, and proud to be part of the mission.
- Lead by example — showing up prepared, present, and professional.
- Provide hands-on coaching, regular feedback, and accountability to keep the team growing and aligned.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training for non-medical staff, ensuring everyone is clear on expectations and empowered to succeed.
- Communicate openly, resolve issues quickly, and always assume positive intent while keeping performance top of mind.
- Partner closely with the GM to ensure we’re building a team that reflects our standards and shared values.
- Deliver a premium, professional experience to every person who walks through the door.
- Be the face of our studio when the GM is not present — confident, knowledgeable, and solutions-focused.
- Consistently meet or exceed personal and team sales goals through connection, education, and follow-through.
- Regularly check in with members and prospects — not just to sell, but to build real relationships and ensure they’re seeing results.
- Monitor key metrics (appointments, conversion rates, membership retention, etc.) and take initiative when things need attention.
- Own the follow-up: missed appointments, declined payments, upcoming terminations, and freezes — it all matters.
- Keep the studio clean, safe, efficient, and running like a well-oiled machine.
- Lead opening and closing routines and step into operational needs as required.
- Maintain inventory and manage ordering within budget expectations.
- Identify what’s not working and make smart adjustments quickly.
- Collaborate closely with the GM, Lead Nurse, and Regional to constantly improve systems and client experience.
- Be someone your team can count on — calm under pressure, clear with direction, and proactive about solutions.
- Support the execution of in-studio initiatives, training refreshers, and monthly team meetings.
- Step up when it matters most. Whether the GM is off-site or the studio is short-staffed, you keep things moving with confidence and integrity.
- Help identify future leaders within the team and invest in their development.
- Assist with community outreach, local events, and strategic partnerships to build awareness and deepen relationships in the area.
- Keep the energy high and the team motivated through recognition, accountability, and shared wins.
- 1–3 years of experience in a leadership or management role (wellness, hospitality, fitness, or retail preferred).
- Someone who loves a challenge, takes initiative, and doesn’t wait to be told what to do.
- Strong communicator — able to coach up and coach across, give clear direction, and keep the team aligned.
- Sales-minded and goal-driven with a proven ability to meet or exceed KPIs.
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented — you don’t let the little things slide.
