And if you’re like us, we can offer you the ultimate career opportunity that will light a fire within you.</p></div><p><strong>So, what's the role all about?</strong></p> <p>We’re looking for a <strong>technical leader</strong> who can think strategically, understand how new features impact the entire system, and design smart integrations between <strong>NICE CXone</strong> and (ex) <strong>Brand Embassy</strong> products. Someone who combines <strong>vision, practicality, and solid engineering judgment</strong>.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>How will you have an impact?</strong></p> <ul> <li>Define the <strong>architecture of new product innovations</strong> in collaboration with Product Management and other architects</li> <li>Design <strong>integrations between microservices/systems</strong> across the NICE product portfolio</li> <li>Choose the right <strong>patterns, frameworks, and technologies</strong> – especially within the AWS ecosystem (SQS, Kinesis, ECS, EKS, …)</li> <li>Set the <strong>technical direction end-to-end</strong> and work closely with development teams</li> <li>Propose <strong>long-term improvements</strong> to system quality and architecture</li> <li>Act as a <strong>technology evangelist</strong> within the organization – share best practices and drive improvement</li> <li>Work mainly with <strong>PHP and JavaScript</strong></li> <li>Contribute to the <strong>adoption of AI</strong> within our products and internal processes</li> <li>Collaborate with a <strong>global network of architects and engineers</strong></li> <li>You’ll shape a <strong>global SaaS platform</strong> that connects businesses and customers through 30+ digital channels (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and more)</li> <li>As the <strong>first digital product in NICE</strong>, we integrate with both legacy and new systems – so your work will never get repetitive</li> <li>You’ll have <strong>real influence</strong> on technology direction, scaling strategies, and architecture decisions</li> <li>Work in a <strong>Prague-based R&D team</strong> with a great sense of humor and no corporate stiffness</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Have you got what it takes?</strong></p> &lt
