The impact you’ll make in this role

As a Temporary Part-Time Production Helper, you’ll be responsible for supporting production operations, ensuring quality standards, and contributing to a safe and efficient plant environment.

This role works an 8, 10, or 12 hour shift (depending on shift availability) and includes starting pay of $22.26/hour plus shift differentials.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Ensuring your own safety by following all related policies
• Packing finished or semi-finished products
• Performing tests at a high quality of standards set by quality specifications
• Supporting the team when meeting safety, quality, and productivity goals
• Using on-line reporting to document production and usage
• Possessing the ability to clearly speak, understand, and write in English to communicate effectively in both verbal and written contexts.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED (completed prior to start)
• 1 year of experience in a production or warehouse role

“Nice to Have” Qualifications:

• Ability to work 8, 10, or 12 hour shift (depending on shift availability)
• Ability to work overtime, weekends or holidays as needed
