PRIMARY RESPONSABILITIES

Support the team with the following tasks:

- Management of leases in shopping centres: control of contractual obligations, invoicing, remittance and management of lease payments, control and management of deposits, guarantees, etc.

- Financial and lease management reporting to the shopping centre owner.

- Maintain ongoing relationship with the tenants of the assigned shopping centres, analysis and negotiation of incentives and other agreements.

- Fluid communication with the owners of the assigned assets and with their external advisors in relation to all aspects of lease management.

- Preparation and monitoring of the Business Plan of the assigned assets, in collaboration with other Retail areas of the company (Centre Management, Leasing, Portfolio Manager, etc.).

- Analysis of the evolution of sales, rents and tenant effort rates.

- Responsible for the elaboration and follow-up of the NOI of the assigned assets, financial projections and forecasts.

- Elaboration of Community and IBI expenses distribution tables.

Requirements

- English: high level, both spoken and written

- Strong interest in Real Estate / Property & Asset Management, preferably in shopping centres is a plus

- Advanced level of Excel

- University degree: ADE, Economics, Finance or similar.

- Financial and reporting knowledge and ability to work with numbers.

- Facility for relationship and negotiation with tenants

- Time management and communication skills
