Responsibilities
Operate required machinery and equipment; including, but not limited to electric hand tools, manual hand tools, small overhead cranes, pallet jacks, electric hand jacks, etc.
Assemble mechanical & electronic assemblies and kits using a variety of tools and equipment
Follow the Non-Conforming Material (NCM) process, ensuring NCM material is properly red-tagged and placed in the appropriate location
Work with team to meet daily production goals while following a manufacturing schedule
Read and understand all policies, procedures, work instructions and test instructions associated with assigned station(s)
Report issues that may jeopardize employee safety, product quality, and/or on-time delivery
Adhere to the 6S program, (5S + Safety) keep your station(s) and work area clean, well-organized, and free of any safety hazards
Be on time, at your station, & ready-to-work at the beginning of your shift, after lunch, and break times
Other duties or special projects, as required
Requirements
High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred
Able to read, write, and speak English fluently
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in light general manufacturing assembly
Experience with using a variety of tools for the assembly of mechanical and electrical components
