Brown & Brown has an exciting opportunity available for an Executive Assistant in our Minneapolis, MN office!
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Assist sales leader with coordinating, organizing client and prospect deliverables to include calendars, timely follow-ups, and accomplishing to-do lists
Support sales initiatives through planning, research, and analysis for current and prospective clients
Work with sales leader on branding projects including PowerPoint presentations for new and prospective clients, marketing campaigns, and building social media presence
Participate in training opportunities to remain current on industry trends and information, new product development, legislation, coverages, and technology
Participate in department meetings, industry conferences, and networking events when necessary
Assist sales leader with the planning, organization, and execution of trade show events and other corporate events
Prepare written proposals, presentations, and RFP’s for prospective clients
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role is preferred
Proficient with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills
Ability to work independently
Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
Demonstrates a sense of urgency and a proactive approach to meeting client requirements
Prior knowledge of the commercial insurance industry

Pay Range
80,000 - 100,000 AnnualThe pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
