Teamcenter Systems Engineering Manager

Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC is seeking highly motivated and experienced Teamcenter Systems Engineering Manager to join our team to support our government clients. The successful applicant will play a crucial role in implementing and maintaining our Teamcenter Systems Engineering solutions, ensuring flawless integration and performance. Job Responsibilities

As a Teamcenter Systems Engineering Manager, you will:

• Support deployments of various Teamcenter packages including patches and upgrades.
• Configure interfaces/integrations of third-party tools with Teamcenter.
• Maintain system integrity by performing hardware and software monitoring, analysis, and system tuning.
• Review system and application logs and verify completion of scheduled jobs, including system backups.
• Analyze network and server resource consumption and control user access.
• Install and upgrade software and maintain software licenses.
• Support Teamcenter servers on Windows and Linux OS.
• Perform and support client-side application software installation and configuration of the Teamcenter PLM Rich Access Client (RAC) and Active Workspace (AWC).
• Provide troubleshooting support using both client and server logs.
• Contribute during team collaboration meetings for new requirements, troubleshooting/diagnosis, monitoring, and server-side application support.
• Assist with documenting processes and procedures and keeping documentation updated.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 4+ years of IT administration and management experience.
• Good knowledge and experience on managing application security (cybersecurity & vulnerabilities) on Linux OS
• Knowledge and experience of TCL/TK
• Knowledge and experience of deployment, administration of PLM, Systems Engineering, Teamcenter Systems Engineering applications
• Knowledge and experience of C, C++ programming
• Strong scripting languages skills on both Windows and Linux systems.
• Proficient in setting up and configuring module servers.
• Strong knowledge of PLM multisite configuration.
• Experience with PLM deployment processes and required steps.
• Skilled in preparing, testing, and deploying various PLM packages on both Windows and Linux, including upgrades and patches.
• Strong knowledge of various server problems, with the ability to troubleshoot and provide solid remediation.
• Experience performing PLM systems administration tasks on both the server and client-side.
• Strong knowledge of various PLM utilities and their usage.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and deliver results on time.
• Strong customer focus, including the ability to manage customer needs on multiple work priorities.
• Strong oral and written communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with little to no supervision, researching new technologies or comparing options.
